2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including business owners, their representatives, and any other individuals accessing the platform on their behalf.

Our Service includes:

Assisting businesses in soliciting genuine Google reviews from previous and new customers.Repurposing 5-star reviews by automatically posting them to the business’s social media accounts.Providing tools for businesses to manage and analyze review data effectively.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as the number of reviews obtained or the impact on the business’s online presence. The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis, and results may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

4. Account Creation and Access

To access the Service, users must:

Create an account on our platform or through our white-labeled version of HighLevel under our domain. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Any unauthorized access or breach must be reported to us immediately.

5. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

We offer a free trial, during which the first 20 customer reviews solicited through the Service are provided at no charge. After the trial, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription plans are billed monthly and range from $97 to $297, depending on the volume of new customers for whom reviews are requested.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring fees.Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the account portal or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle for which payment has already been made. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Engage in fraudulent activity, such as posting fake reviews or soliciting reviews under false pretenses.Misuse the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.
